Have you ever heard the saying, “The only thing constant is change”? That’s a phrase we hold tightly to at Parmele. While many people consider change a negative thing, at Parmele, we welcome and embrace change as it allows us to evolve, improve our services, and help even more people.
Here are a few “changes” that have or will take place at Parmele during 2026:
1. NAME CHANGE.
By and large, this is one of the biggest changes at Parmele this year. A refresh to our name and logo was introduced in the first quarter, and the public, YOU, have done a great job adapting to it. Our new name is simply more robust and better encompasses all we offer at Parmele. Our new logo is a major update/refresh to the traditional, previously used judicial pillars logo. You will continue to see updates to our website, social media…which bring us to…
2. SOCIAL MEDIA.
Parmele is now ALL IN on social media. Yes, we have crossed into and embraced YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. If you are not yet following us on these platforms, please do! We couldn’t have made it any easier for you. We post valuable disability information here, and if you have questions, they may already be answered here.
3. GROWTH.
Our team continues to grow exponentially so that we can continue to provide our clients the very best service. Our legal team now numbers 20 attorneys, and our support staff is 115 strong. And while we have physical offices in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma, our virtual services allow us to provide disability representation nationwide.
Another area of growth we are seeing is that of our VA disability team. We are honored to provide disability representation to Veterans who wish to appeal a denial or increase their disability percentage. We are also working with numerous VSOs as co-laborers in providing top-shelf representation to one of the most vulnerable populations: Veterans.
Sidenote: if you are a Veterans Service Officer or work with a Veteran Service Organization, contact Blake Leitch, VA Outreach Specialist, to learn more about how we can work together to serve Veterans.
4. COMMUNICATIONS.
This “change” is multi-faceted. We continually review our processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective communication with our clients. Whether it be through a phone call, texts, email, direct mail, or social media channels, it is our goal to ensure you are always current and aware of what is transpiring in your situation.
These are just a short list of how Parmele is ever evolving to continue providing the very best representation for social security and VA disability claims. If you or someone you know is interested in beginning a disability claim, or just have questions you need answered, call Parmele to schedule a no-cost consultation: 866-889-2570. You will speak with a team member, review your situation, and then discuss your next best steps.
