CELEBRATE WITH US: 25 YEARS!

  1. Social Security
  2. CELEBRATE WITH US: 25 YEARS!

In May 2001, Dan Parmele set out to build something different.

After helping his own mother navigate the overwhelming disability claims process, Dan saw firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and impersonal the experience could be for individuals and families seeking benefits. He believed people deserved knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and a team that genuinely cared about the outcome of their case.

What started as a small operation with a single office has grown into an organization serving clients nationwide, with office locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Over the past twenty-five years, our team has expanded from just a handful of people into a dedicated group of attorneys, accredited representatives, paralegals, and support professionals focused exclusively on Social Security and VA disability representation.

As our organization evolved, so did our structure. Today, Parmele Disability Advocates serves as the primary organization assisting clients with Social Security and VA disability claims, while Parmele Law Firm continues to manage complex federal court & Court of Appeals matters.

One area we’re especially proud to have expanded is our VA disability representation team. What began as a small division has grown into a strong and experienced department dedicated to serving Veterans and their families. We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us and remain deeply committed to advocating for those who served our country.

Over the last twenty-five years, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to growth, improvement, and client service. As technology changes, regulations evolve, and client needs shift, we continue adapting to provide the highest level of representation and support possible.

We are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come – and even more excited about where we’re headed next! Cheers to the next twenty-five years!
