  2. Parmele Appreciates Veterans Year-Round

On Friday, June 26th, Parmele Disability Advocates hosted our 4th Annual Veteran’s Appreciation Lunch. What began as a small gathering has evolved into a meaningful event that brings together veterans, members of the Parmele team, and community partners for an afternoon of fellowship and recognition. This event featured guest speakers, giveaways, complimentary Dickey’s BBQ, and most importantly, an opportunity to express our gratitude to the veterans who’ve served our nation.

You may be wondering what makes this event so special –

The Veterans Appreciation Lunch provides a unique opportunity for us to connect with the individuals and families we serve, recognize their sacrifices, and thank them for trusting us to assist with their disability claims. It also creates an environment for veterans to build camaraderie, share experiences, and enjoy conversations with others who understand the challenges and rewards of military service.

Parmele was founded in 2001 as an organization that primarily focused on helping individuals pursue Social Security disability benefits. Over time, that commitment expanded to representing veterans appealing denied VA disability claims. Today, the VA Team at Parmele Disability Advocates includes VA-accredited attorneys and dedicated support staff specially trained to assist veterans throughout the VA appeals process.

Many veterans contact Parmele Disability Advocates after receiving a denial or when pursuing an increase in their disability rating. While veterans certainly have the option to navigate the process on their own, the VA Appeals system can be complex & time-consuming. Our team is experienced in VA disability law and understands the unique language, procedures, and documentation involved in these claims, along with access to specialized tools and resources that allow us to monitor case developments and stay informed of updates throughout the process.

At Parmele, we are honored to advocate for the men and women who have served our country. Events like the Veteran’s Appreciation Lunch reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting veterans not only through their claims, but also by recognizing their service and sacrifice.

If you are a veteran seeking to appeal a VA disability denial or pursue an increase in your disability rating, contact the VA Team at Parmele Disability Advocates at (866) 841-7459 to schedule a no-cost consultation.
